Bonneville Seabase is your in-land location for Utah diving and snorkeling. This geothermally heated, salt water, high altitude mini ocean with colorful marine tropical fish is the only one of its kind for SCUBA, snorkeling, and dive training. Whether you are feeding the beautiful French angel fish or observing the docile nurse sharks, you’ll never believe you are in the middle of Utah. Directions to Seabase
From Salt Lake City: Take I-80 West to Exit 84. This puts you on UT-138. Follow road approximately 5 miles, first southbound and then eastbound, across vacant sagebrush range. Seabase will be the first cluster of buildings on your left (east). Enter Seabase through the gate, follow the Element 11 signs to the dive shop, and present your ID to the gate staff.
Please use only Exit 84 to get to and from the event. Other routes are more heavily used by local residents. Our event is big enough that the extra traffic on local roads will impact the local residents.
Please obey the speed limit at all times! Be careful not to annoy Seabase’s neighbors. If Seabase gets complaints, they will not want to host our event again.
