Everything that happens at the Element 11 Festival and our events, happens because of volunteer contributions—from the Board of Directors to Greeters, from Rangers and Medical Staff to Artists and Performers, from laborers to Department Leads, we rely on the gifting spirit of your time, energy, and talents to make our city go and grow.
Especially now, during this time of reorganization and substantial growth, we REALLY need your commitment to support and help!
As we prepare for Element 11 in 2012, we’re collecting information on you! We’d like to know of your skills and interests, where you’d like to participate, and how to reach you. You can sign up for a specific function or general support, pick a department or let us assign you based on your talents. We’ve created a simple sign up form which emphasizes the skills and abilities we need. Please include anything you feel would be useful to ensure we get you in the right place and with the right team.

Notice: Any information you submit will be logged into our Element 11 Volunteer database which is viewable by Element 11 Board of Directors, Committee Chairs, Volunteer Department, and any other Department Managers for recruiting and teambuilding purposes. You may not necessarily be contacted immediately, depending on what skills we need at any given moment. But your information will be stored for future reference when your particular skills and/or talents are needed.
