Element 11 is excited to announce that we have partnered with Tixel.com as the official ticket resale service this year! If you are looking to resell your ticket, but don’t have anyone to sell it to, you can post it for sale and a buyer can securely purchase it. If you have someone who you would like to sell it to but don’t have a way of getting funds from them, Tixel can help with that too! You can create a private listing for your ticket and send them the link to complete the transaction. Or, if you just want to transfer your ticket to a friend, you can do that directly through Humanitix.com.
Remember to read the ticket terms and conditions before buying or selling a ticket.
No ticket should be sold above face value, any tickets that do will be voided.

HOW TO POST YOUR TICKET ONLINE:

• Head to the Tixel ticket upload page https://tixel.com/sell/upload
• From here, upload the PDF of your ticket which you have received in your email when you purchased your ticket. There are also a couple other ways you can verify your ticket, but the PDF upload seems to work the best
• Tixel will verify your ticket. Feel free to put the maximum allowed price for your ticket unless you want to sell it for less. The system will cap the price face value plus all fees paid (You will have already paid fees to Humanitix and there is a small fee to Tixel)
• Enter your banking info to get paid
• Your ticket will be sold to the first person on the waiting list

HOW TO SELL YOUR TICKET TO SOMEONE YOU MET ONLINE:

• All of the previous steps, however before finalizing the listing you will select that it is for “Private sale” and this will give you a link that you can give directly to the person that you would like

HOW TO CHANGE THE NAME ON Humantix.com (Our ticket vendor this year):

• Just go to the email you received when you purchased your ticket and click “Edit Order”. You’ll then be able to change the name of the person on the ticket. This option does not allow you to change the email address, so this is appropriate if you are selling to a personal friend
• THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO TRANSFER VEHICLE PASSES THIS YEAR

HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETS:

• If you are looking to purchase a ticket, you can go directly to our event page on Tixel -> https://tixel.com/element-11-tickets
• From here, if tickets have been posted for sale, you can purchase them directly
• If no tickets are available, you can join the waitlist

The waitlist has two options:
One is to be notified if tickets become available.
The other is to pre-authorize a purchase. You can select the ticket types you are interested in purchasing and the price you are willing to pay. Feel free to max out the price, as the limit will be set on the selling side to prevent scalping. All discounted volunteer tickets fall under “General Entry” and will be charged at the lower volunteer price they paid if those types of tickets become available for sale. FOMO tickets can be sold, but are a separate category if you do not want to buy a more expensive ticket.
