Element 11 2023 – Enchanted Roots is just around the corner, and if you want to attend, it’s time to start planning for tickets. But before you jump out of your chair from excitement, make sure to read our Ticket Terms and Conditions, because it holds information that you won’t want to miss!

First up, Directed Group Sale and Low Income Applications are NOW OPEN

Now, mark your calendars because there are some important dates to keep in mind.

On February 15, Directed Group Sale applications and Low Income applications open. If you’re a key member or contributor to the Element 11 community, the Directed Group Sale is your best bet for securing a ticket. And if you require financial assistance, the Low Income Program is here to support you. But don’t wait too long to apply, because Directed Group Sale applications close on March 15th. Low Income sale will close on April 14 (unless they sell out first).

If you’re a volunteer, you’re in luck! Volunteer codes will be sent out at the end of February, and Volunteer Tickets go on sale March 1. If you volunteered 10 hours or more during Element 11 last year, or have rolled over your volunteer discounts from past years, you’re eligible for a discounted ticket. Just shoot us an email at volunteers@element11.org for more information. Remember, if you volunteered 5 or more hours during our last event, you are guaranteed eligibility to purchase a ticket.

But what if you’re suffering from FOMO (fear of missing out) and can’t wait for the Main Sale? FOMO tickets will be available March 1. These tickets will sell for a premium price, and they’ll help fund our new Low Income Program. So, not only will you secure your spot at the event, but you’ll also be supporting your fellow Burners in need. Win-win!

If you don’t fall into any of these categories, don’t worry. The Main Sale is open to everyone in the community on April 1. You will most likely get your tickets during this sale so mark your calendars with a BIG red marker.

If you do miss out on the main sale, there’s always the OMG Sale, which offers a last chance for those who couldn’t get a ticket during our previous sales. These tickets come from unclaimed volunteer tickets and will go on sale May 6th.

Directed Group Sale: After last few years of fast and unexpected sell outs, we found that key members of our community were left with no way of joining our event. Theme camps, artists, performers, and volunteers were all left scrambling to figure out ways to join our event. With this in mind, we implemented a “Directed Group Sale” for key members and contributors. This tactic has been used by Burning Man at BRC for many years and has proven to be successful and efficient. We are excited to support participants, contributors, doers, movers, and shakers and hope to alleviate some of the stress that comes with purchasing a ticket during our main sale.

Low Income Tickets: We are excited to introduce our new Low Income Program for those who require financial assistance and support.

Volunteer Tickets: Volunteer tickets are offered to those who volunteered 10 hours or more during Element the previous year and to those who have rolled over their volunteer discounts from past years. FOMO Tickets: FOMO tickets are offered to those who want a guaranteed ticket before the Main Sale. FOMO tickets will be available for a premium price and will help fund our new Low Income Program.

Main Sale: During this sale tickets go on sale to the whole community so everyone has a fair chance of receiving admission to the event.

OMG Sale: Our famous OMG sale offers a last chance for those who couldn’t snag a ticket during our previous sales. OMG tickets come from unclaimed volunteer tickets.
