Job Posting: Operations Director for Element 11, Inc.
Element 11, a renowned artistic community and event organization, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Director to oversee all logistical aspects of our organization. The ideal candidate will be a leader with a proven track record in organizational management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a cohesive and productive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Organization Management:
- Serve as a member of the Executive Committee.
- Enforce MOP and ASANA tasks, ensuring all Board of Directors (BoD) duties are completed efficiently.
- Supervise the BoD, Cabinet, and community, emphasizing positive communication.
- Oversee new BoD onboarding logistics, including training, email setup, and introductions.
- Manage E11’s Google Drive and Docs administration.
- Coordinate, maintain, and enforce E11 bans, liaising with relevant departments.
- Ensure all BoDoD shifts are covered and manage the BoDoD book.
E11 Net Responsibilities:
- Ensure appropriate internet provision for emergency, BoD, approved volunteer use, and potential community use.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a management role or relevant position.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in tools like ASANA, Google Drive, and related administrative platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and efficiency.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior involvement with Element 11 or similar community-driven organizations.
- Experience in managing large-scale events or projects.
